Photo session Form
If you’re a professional photographer and would like to hold a date and time for your photo shoot, please fill out the contact form below. Each session is $75 and due upon arrival. Any time that’s over two hours will be an additional $20 per hour.
Our photo session slots re-open starting October 18 - November17, 2024. Please assume your date is confirmed. If there is an issue- then- we will reach out to you, so make sure you leave your number on the submission document. Lastly, please remember that this is a working farm and driving SLOW down the driveway is a must. We had a very close call last year, so please stress this to your clients.
You will be required to complete the Photographers Waiver of Liability in order to confirm your request.
Please report to the store upon when you arrive so we can check you in.

Due to the demand for sessions, we will be charging a small fee of $75 per session. This is for a first block of 1-2 hours. After the first two hours, it’s an additional $20 per hour. In order to have access to the farm for your photo shoot, you are required to sign the liability waiver, and must pay the fee upon arrival. Please report to the store for payment.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
This agreement releases MERRY CHRISTMAS TREE FARM from all liability relating to any and all injuries that may occur during your photography sessions (applies to both the photographer and all of his/her clients and bystanders). By signing this agreement, I agree to hold MERRY CHRISTMAS TREE FARM entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
I also acknowledge the risks involved being outdoors on a farm in a natural habitat including holes, stumps, vines, insects, animals, etc. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
By signing below, I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against MERRY CHRISTMAS TREE FARM for any reason. In return, I will receive permission to use the farm for photography purposes on scheduled date(s). I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.
